By placing an order through peremis.com, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on our site. We designed this policy to provide a clear explanation of our procedures, timelines, eligibility requirements, and limitations regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Peremis offers a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, untampered with, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must also provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or other information sufficient for us to verify the transaction.

Because our products are consumable and intended for personal use, we do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, resealed, or altered in any way, except where it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law or expressly approved by Peremis in writing:

  • opened or used products

  • products with broken seals

  • products with damaged packaging caused after delivery

  • gift cards

  • clearance items

  • final sale items

  • promotional items marked as nonreturnable

  • items returned without prior authorization

  • items returned outside the allowed return window

  • items not purchased directly through peremis.com, unless otherwise stated by Peremis

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, you must contact us at info@peremis.com within 30 days of delivery.

Your return request should include, where applicable:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • the item or items you want to return

  • the reason for the return

  • clear photos of the product, package, and shipping label if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. No return may be sent back without prior approval from Peremis. Any item sent without prior authorization may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund. All returned items remain subject to inspection and final review by Peremis.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Peremis may, in its sole discretion, provide a return shipping label or cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Peremis in writing.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where the return is the direct result of our error.

Peremis is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for any customer-paid return.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You must inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us at info@peremis.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We may require photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product, lot number, and any visible damage before reviewing the claim. Peremis has the final say on whether an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and will choose how to fix the issue, which could include a replacement, refund, store credit, or rejecting the claim.

Failure to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

6. EXCHANGES

Peremis only offers exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, Peremis may, in its sole discretion, offer a refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

We do not offer exchanges for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to ordering the wrong product, wrong quantity, wrong variant, duplicate orders, or products the customer no longer wants after delivery.

7. REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law. Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund after we issue it.

Refunds are only issued for approved returns that fully comply with this policy. Peremis reserves the right to deny any refund request for items returned in opened, used, tampered, damaged, incomplete, unsanitary, or otherwise nonresalable condition, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a refund is issued for a promotional order, bundle, discounted purchase, or free shipping order, Peremis reserves the right to adjust the refund amount to reflect the actual value of retained items, removed promotional pricing, or shipping costs to the extent permitted by law.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have received notice that your refund was approved but do not see the funds posted to your account, please first contact your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, as processing times may vary.

9. RESTOCKING FEES

Peremis does not currently charge a standard restocking fee for approved returns. However, we reserve the right to implement, modify, or apply restocking, handling, or administrative fees in the future by updating this policy, to the extent permitted by law.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders promptly, and as a result, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact info@peremis.com as soon as possible. If the order has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead be governed by this Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the cancellation will be approved.

11. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, Peremis may deduct from any refund the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling fees, and any other costs incurred by Peremis, to the extent permitted by law.

Peremis is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

12. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you first contact us at info@peremis.com so we have the opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Peremis reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is inconsistent with this policy, fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by the facts of the transaction. We may also suspend or restrict future orders, accounts, or services associated with excessive or improper chargeback activity.

13. LIMITATION OF RIGHTS UNDER THIS POLICY

Peremis reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, or other request that does not comply with this policy, appears fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or made in bad faith, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service or applicable policies.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all determinations made by Peremis under this policy shall be final.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Peremis reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time in its sole discretion by posting the updated version on the site. The version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a later version is required by law or expressly stated by Peremis.
